Software & automation studio/100% built in-house/Dubai, remote-first

We build the software that doesn't exist yet.

The vendors said no. The plugins almost work. Your team has a spreadsheet that runs the company. We take it from there.

Custom apps, AI agents, voice systems, workflow plumbing. Whatever the brief looks like, if it can be coded, we can ship it.

In-house policy

Every line of code, every prompt, every workflow is written by our team. No subcontractors. No offshore relay. No white-label resellers sitting between you and the engineer.

Who writes the codeThe same senior engineer you spoke to on the scope call.

What we outsourceNothing. Design, backend, AI, deployment, support: all in-house.

What you ownThe repo, the credentials, the docs. From the first commit.

01 What we do

One small team, strange briefs welcome.

We don't niche down by industry. We niche down by being willing to read a 40-page legacy spec and still say yes.

We build

  • Custom web apps & SaaS. Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres. Internal tools, MVPs, multi-tenant products.
  • Workflow automation. n8n, Make, custom Python. We replace the manual hand-offs between your systems.
  • AI voice agents. Vapi-powered receptionists and outbound callers wired into your calendar and CRM.
  • AI assistants & RAG. Internal copilots on your docs, support bots that actually escalate well.
  • Data pipelines. Ingest, clean, warehouse. Postgres, Supabase, BigQuery, whatever fits.
  • Integrations. Stripe, HubSpot, Twilio, the in-house ERP someone's cousin built in 2014.

We won't

  • Take projects with three layers of stakeholders who all want to be the product owner. We need one decision-maker.
  • Build pixel-perfect Figma copies when your real problem is that no-one will use what we build. Strategy first.
  • Run discovery for six weeks. We'll write the scope in one call, send a fixed price, and start.
  • Outsource any of it. No subcontractors, no offshore relay, no white-label vendors. The engineer on your scope call is the one writing the code.
  • Resell someone else's platform. If we ship it, we built it. We'll integrate with anything, but we don't front for another agency.
  • Lock you in. You own the repo, the credentials, and the documentation from day one.

03 Selected work

Built. Shipped. Still running.

Most of what we build sits behind an NDA. The four below are shareable in outline.

AI Voice · Hospitality

A clinic that stopped missing calls after hours.

Brief: every after-hours call went to voicemail. Most never called back. They wanted someone to pick up.

We built a Vapi-based phone agent that answers in the receptionist's voice, qualifies the caller, checks the calendar, and books an appointment directly into their EMR. When the agent isn't sure, it texts the on-call manager with a summary instead of pretending.

The receptionist still works mornings. The agent works the other twenty hours. The clinic stopped paying for an answering service three weeks after launch.

Native iOS · UAE Mobility

ParkinPaid: parking, paid in one tap.

Our in-house iOS app for all seven UAE emirates. It detects the nearest paid zone, builds the right SMS for RTA Dubai, Mawaqif, Sharjah and the rest, runs a live countdown on the Lock Screen, Dynamic Island and Apple Watch, and reminds the driver before time runs out. No accounts, no servers, no card on file.

Automation · Logistics

Four spreadsheets, one workflow.

A freight broker was running their daily ops out of four Google Sheets and a WhatsApp group. We replaced the lot with an n8n workflow and a tiny Next.js dashboard. The ops manager now opens one tab in the morning.

Custom SaaS · Vertical pivot

A Rails monolith, rewritten in six weeks.

A B2B SaaS team needed to ship a multi-tenant version of their product before a board meeting. We rebuilt the front end in Next.js with per-tenant data isolation, Stripe billing, and a proper role model. They made the meeting.

02 How we work

Less ceremony, more shipping.

Most agencies sell you the discovery phase. We'd rather sell you the thing that runs. A typical engagement looks like this.

Week 0

Scope call, 30 minutes

You tell us what's broken or missing. We ask the awkward questions, sketch the architecture on a shared doc, and decide if we're a fit. No deck. No CRM follow-up sequence.

Week 0 — 1

Brief and fixed price

Within 48 hours you get a one-page technical brief: architecture, milestones, deliverables, a flat number. No hourly billing, no surprise change orders.

Build

Weekly demo, async otherwise

You get a Slack channel with the in-house engineers actually writing the code. No agency middle layer, no offshore relay. Loom every Friday. Repo is yours from commit one, deployed to staging the day code is written.

Handover

Ship, document, step back

Production deploy, docs, repo permissions transferred, 30-day warranty on everything we wrote. If you want us on retainer after that, we'll talk. If not, you're free.

04 The stack

Boring choices, when it counts.

We pick what ships fastest now and stays maintainable in five years, not whatever was trending on Hacker News this week.

05 Questions we get

Things worth asking upfront.

How small is too small?
If it's under a week of work we'll usually take it as a flat fee. Below that we'll point you to a freelancer we trust. Above that, we're probably the right team.
Can you work with our existing codebase?
Yes. Half our projects start mid-flight. We'll read the repo, find the load-bearing parts, and tell you honestly whether to extend it or rewrite the bit that's holding you up.
What if the scope changes mid-build?
Small changes ride along. Big ones get a quick re-quote. We'd rather pause and talk than discover the scope drifted four weeks later.
Do you outsource any of the work?
No. Every line of code, every workflow, every prompt is written by our in-house team. We don't use subcontractors, offshore relay teams, or white-label vendors. The senior engineer you meet on the scope call is the one shipping the work.
Do you sign NDAs?
Always, before the scope call if you want. Most of our case studies are anonymised. If discretion matters, we'll match it.
Where are you based?
Dubai. Most of the team is remote. We work async by default and overlap with anyone between GMT-5 and GMT+9.
Are you cheaper than a US agency?
Yes, considerably. We're also not the cheapest option you'll find. We sit between offshore shops and US/EU agencies, and we won't pretend to be either.
What industries do you work with?
Anyone with a workflow problem. We've shipped for med spas, real estate brokerages, e-commerce brands, freight brokers, B2B SaaS teams, and hospitality clinics. We niche down by problem type, not vertical.
How long does a typical project take?
An MVP or single automation usually ships in 2 to 4 weeks. A full custom SaaS rewrite is 6 to 10 weeks. A voice agent end-to-end is around 18 days. We send a milestone plan with the fixed price so there are no surprises.
Do you offer retainers after launch?
If you want one. We default to a 30-day warranty on everything we ship. After that, you can extend month-to-month or walk. No lock-in.

06 Talk to us

Tell us what you want built. We'll write back the same day.

A short email is enough. What the problem is, what you've tried, what success looks like. We'll reply with three questions and a calendar link, or with the honest reason we're not the right team.

NDA available on request.
